NW High School Athletic Association

On October 3rd, Sandy Beach welcomed close to 600 athletes as they hosted the NWHSAA Cross Country Championships.

The day was crisp, but the athletes had great runs on an excellent course.

The Top 10 finishers in the Midget, Junior and Senior categories (if the athletes are in at least grade 9), advance to the SHSAA provincial championships to be held in Delislie on October 13.

A big thank you goes out to the community of Sandy Beach as well as all of our other volunteers from various Lloydminster public schools as well as from Hillmond school.
