NW High School Athletic Association

The NWHSAA 3A Jr. Boys Volleyball Districts were held in Lloydminster at Lloydminster Comprehensive High School on Wednesday, October 29th. Teams from Holy Rosary, Carpenter High School, and Lloyd Comp battled for the opportunity to be crowned District Champions.

With the majority of round-robin games decided by 5 points, the competition was intense on the Jr. Boys side. The Bronze medal game went to three sets, with Holy Rosary edging out Lloyd Comp in the final set, 15-11.

Holy Rosary moved on to face the round-robin winners from Carpenter High School. The final was a back-and-forth affair, with the Raiders and Spartans splitting the first two games. In the deciding game, Carpenter took an early lead and never looked back, defeating Holy Rosary 15-8 to win the gold medal!
