Spartans lose tight bronze medal game at 4A Girls Volleyball Provincials

Congratulations to the Meadow Lake Carpenter Senior Girls Volleyball team on their 4th place finish at the 4A Girls Provincial Tournament over the Nov 15-16 weekend in Fort Qu'Appelle.
The girls started pool play with the following results:
L 2-1 Moose Jaw Peacock
W 2-0 Yorkton Sacred Heart
L 2-1 Moose Jaw Vanier
W 2-0 Fort Qu'Appelle
The 2-2 record had the girls in 3rd place in pool A and qualifying for the playoff round where the posted the following results:
Quarter Final W 2-0 North Battleford John Paul II (25-15, 26-24)
Semi Final L 2-1 Moose Jaw Vanier (21-25, 25-20, 17-19)
Bronze Game L 2-1 Moose Jaw Peacock (21-25, 25-16, 14-16)
