NW High School Athletic Association

The College Park Cobras proved to be the class of the 2A Junior Girls category for the 2019 season, capturing the district title in two straight sets 25-12, 25-22 over the Bishop Lloyd Lancers on Saturday October 26th.

The Cobras swept through their competition, going 6-0 in pool play before sweeping the Lancers in the final. The Cobras defeated Holy Rosary 25-12, 25-19, Jonas Samson 25-11, 25-9 and the Lancers 25-7, 25-17 in round robin play.

Bishop Lloyd had a roller coaster day as they split with Holy Rosary 17-25, 25-12, defeated E.S. Laird 25-9, 25-12 before dropping the aforementioned sets to College Park. In the semi-final round, the Lancers defeated the Raiders in three exciting sets.
