Congratulations to the Marshall Marauders who captured the NWHSAA 1A Jr. Girls Basketball Championship.

St. Walburg advanced to the final by beating the Lashburn Lobos. The Lobos later defeated the Island Lake Warriors to claim the consolation side. 

In the semi-final, the host Marauders beat the Beauval Voyagers to set up the Gold medal game against St. Walburg

The Marshall girls used home court to their advantage to defeat the St. Walburg Saints in the Gold medal game.
